Best Crocs For Plantar Fasciitis

If you’re going to use Crocs primarily for walking, you’ve probably been wondering if they’re a good option for longer trips. Crocs are a great option for those who want a casual loafer style for walking, running errands and on the go. Their Croslite construction provides great cushioning and they will never be overly uncomfortable for your feet.

Crocs were originally designed for mine and field workers who work long hours and have sore feet. They are designed to support the arch of the foot, provide adequate cushioning and ensure your feet stay aligned. Because they are comfortable and supportive, many doctors prescribe them for patients with plantar pain

However, Crocs are not perfect shoes. They can relieve pain in the soles of the feet, but they cannot be used as hiking shoes. People who wear Crocs all day and run long distances may experience tendonitis, hammer toe or nail problems. That’s because clogs have little hindfoot control, and we tend to grip the shoe with our toes to keep it from slipping. Don’t travel long distances wearing Crocs!

Also, if we look at the Crocs soles, they are very thick and have a higher stack height than most training and training shoes. For the record, I lifted 405 lbs for the Satire in Crocs and they are definitely not ideal for weightlifting.

The number one reason Crocs perform poorly in training is their overall stability. Crocs are made from a proprietary closed cell resin called Croslite™. The material is plastic-free and not all rubber, so it’s lightweight, comfortable, and offers nice padding.

Croc’s unisex adult Crocband Clog is a breathable, breathable clog perfect for everyday wear. It is available in a variety of colors, including classic and trendy ones. The clogs are moisture and odor resistant, perfect for those who like an active lifestyle. It also has a non-slip design, perfect for those who stand all day.
